Sablé au Citron

Yesterday our boulangerie had this new Sablé au Citron that we decided to try. It was perfect with just enough lemon but not too acid and the crust was crumbly and not too sweet. It's price 1.70 euro stands in between the "cakes" which range around 2.50 euros and the croissants, pain au chocolat which are around 1,35. The baguette at my boulangerie costs 90 cents.
