One can say that the French have a sweet tooth when it comes to breakfast. My family is no different. Breakfast is generally toast and jam - my husband loves blueberry jam (myrtilles), I prefer a little more acidity like plum or rhubarb. My daughters are happy with brioche or pain au chocolat. We are all cereal fans, mostly Quaker oats with dry fruits... have a look at the jam we have in the fridge this week... "mirabelle" is a small sweet yellow plus.
65% fruits with the Mirabelle (Plum) jam... miam...
