Friday night sunset curry

Yes it's Friday night and we're having chicken and eggplant curry with white rice. And I used an image of a calendar from Mauritius for the "sunset" feature... I use a home-made Mauritian curry - I actually have two versions: a hot and a mild one... My brother buys them at a special place he knows... Just the perfect dinner after a long and busy week!
