Cheese...

We came back home with some cheese today... some French Gruyère and Tomme Noire des Pyrénées (there's a facebook page for this cheese). The Tomme Noire has a neutral taste and funnily it has a black envelope. Strange at first sight, no particular smell (I'm sure!!!) but tastes good. Here's a few photos...
